Only what you type into the booking form or the question form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, your city, the service you picked, any add-ons, and whatever you write in the notes.

The email that reaches us also carries the IP address the message was sent from. That travels with every request on the internet, and we keep it for one reason: to tell a real enquiry from an automated one.

That is the whole list. The site has no account to create, takes no payment and asks for nothing about your household beyond the piece you want cleaned.

To answer you. A phone number or an email address is how a quote reaches you, the city tells us whether we cover you, and the notes are what the price is based on.

We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

The form does not save anything on this website. There is no customer database behind it. Your message is turned into an email, sent to our own inbox, and the website itself keeps no copy.

The email is delivered by Resend, a transactional email provider, and it lands in a mailbox we control. From that point it lives in our inbox the same way any other email from a customer does.

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking script. Nothing follows you from here to another site.

One exception is worth naming. Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps, and when that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy. If that matters to you, the same information is available without the map: our service area is listed in text on every one of those pages.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any host it processes the technical details of your visit, including your IP address, in order to serve the page and to block attacks.

Resend delivers the email your form message becomes.

If you use the WhatsApp button or tap the phone number, you leave this site. What happens after that is between you, WhatsApp and your phone company, not us.

Enquiries stay in our inbox while we are talking, and after a job we keep the record for as long as we need it for our books and in case you come back with a question about work we did.

If you asked for a quote and nothing came of it, tell us and we will delete the thread.

Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You do not need a reason and there is no form to fill in.

We answer these ourselves, so the honest expectation is a few days rather than the same hour.

This is a service for households, and the site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

The site is served over an encrypted connection and the form message travels encrypted to our inbox. No one can promise that email is perfectly secure, so use the notes field for what the job needs, not for anything you would not put in an ordinary email.

If what we do with your details changes, this page changes with it and the date at the bottom moves. There is no version where we quietly start doing more than what is written here.
